Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer two shipping options for all orders shipped within the United States:
- Standard Shipping — $7.50 flat rate
- Free Standard Shipping — on all orders of $100.00 or more
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate and complete. If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been shipped, Coastal Waters Outdoor Co. is not responsible for lost, delayed, or undeliverable packages resulting from the error. We are unable to redirect packages once they are in transit. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you requesting an updated, correct address, and the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the order.
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States.
